3 Bars vs 4 Bars on cod

Alright so when I play cod I ALWAYS get 3 bars and when I'm trying to quick scope and someone comes right at me and I fire then die, then I see the kill cam and it shows I didn't fire and the guy had 4 bars, it makes me kind of mad but let me here what you guys think. Lastly hope this is in right section, I know it said anything goes but still.

i dont think ive ever had 4 bars. i pay for my own internet, so naturally, i have the cheapest dsl you can get.
i play on 2 or 3 bars, and yea i'll shoot people and get a hit reg but theyll kill me and in the kill cam i'm not even looking at them, let alone shooting.
once i get one bar i swap to the fal or leave the lobby. it just sucks because it takes me 30 min to join a new lobby.

Yeah never have a 4 bar connection unless I am host. I will shoot someone when I am aiming right on them and when I watch the kill cam it shows I never even shot.

My connection usually isn't laggy as long as I'm above a 2 bar. 3 bar and 4 are usually completely perfect for me so I don't worry about it unless I see those 2 annoying yellow ones

i usually always have a 3 bar connection, it frustrates me sometimes when sniping because i watch the scope go dead on yet i get sprayed down with an ump and watch the killcam and see my shot miss them completely because of lag.

I usually have 4 bars, I dont really notice that much of a difference when I go down to 3 though.

Only thing I have a problem with is getting killed seconds after I pass a wall, watch the kill cam and I die feet from where I saw it. Really annoying :/

Today, I was maintaining a 1 bar connection and still winning FFAs. It was hard as hell. I went 29-6 once on TDM with the same connection. :\

most of the time my connection is really good , but sometimes in the killcam it shows that i never even shot :0
