The title says everything. Your post must be on topic, but it contain an off-topic question in the form of a P.S. such as this:

Posts that have little meaning or just a QFT types of post are spam guys. :\

I get what you mean by saying that we should stay on topic, but some threads are not meant to be serious. For example there was a thread called "Everyone" and then the message was "Has aids", how are you supposed to respond seriously to that? Are you just going to delete the threads that are, well, pointless? If you are I think that we should have a forum called "Spam Forum" or something where threads like that are allowed.

I'll try to stay on topic even more now, even though I think I have done an okay job at it.
