In this video, i'll be showing you how to turn User Account Control 'Off''. User account control (UAC) is basically a system on Windows Vista, where it makes you 'Run as Administrator' for most programs, for security reasons, this isn't always helpfull, or nescessary.
I am using Windows Vista home Premium (6.0 Build 6001)
