Music For You, Music For Me

First topic message reminder :

An old idea of mine for a forum I watch over was to add a playlist music set-up so that people on the forum can listen to a few songs while posting or chatting.

How I would like to break the playlist down:
-Changes:
~ Either every other week, or every month

-Song Set-Up:
~ 3-5 Hit Songs/ Popular Songs(Suggest Songs to be voted on)
~ 2-3 Rap/RnB/Hip-Hop Songs(Suggested by those who listen to that type of music)
~ 2-3 Rock(Suggested by those who listen to that type of music)
~ # of Other Songs
------Total of 10 Songs-----

Try to make the songs more well known as the Playlist.com site won't have all those harder to find songs or more underground songs.

That's pretty much impossible for me to get that song onto the playlist. It's based off of their database. :\
