| Best thing to do is Youtube something like 'Sony Vegas best render settings for MW2' also try dropping a colour correction on the video timeline, as that will make it look extremely crisp , Effect. | |

| If you untick match aspect ration.
( Right click )
This should help the quality and size of it, if it's a full hd clip don't worry about that. | |
