I try rendering it and it comes out poopy. :\

Best thing to do is Youtube something like 'Sony Vegas best render settings for MW2' also try dropping a colour correction on the video timeline, as that will make it look extremely crisp Very Happy

If you untick match aspect ration.

( Right click )

This should help the quality and size of it, if it's a full hd clip don't worry about that.
